IsomerÃÂa |
| Phenomenon by which some compounds have the same molecular formula but different structural formula, that is, present a different arrangement in the space of their atoms. These compounds have different physical and chemical properties. The flat isomerism is one in which the different dispoción of the links is distributed in the same plane. Stereoisomerism is one in which the distribution of different bonds takes place in three-dimensional space. |
